but first 15,000/- kanal area including Overseas Block will require 3 years starting from 20 Jan, 2018.
Few mosques, primary schools, clinics and grocery shops will also available within 3 years for people starting
their houses after possession.
Possession period agreed, committed, confirmed and guaranteed is 3 years for Overseas Block.
